financial harm to anyone, nor is it to be used for any illegal activity. You, the client,
are the end user assumes all responsibility for use under any applicable laws. You
warrant and agree that as a condition of your use of any service provided by Medical

for any unlawful purpose or criminal act. Medical Malpractice Information Services,
LLC is subject to accepted legal procedures and will, by production of accepted legal
requests, comply with law enforcement requests for client information and their use of

through a variety of methods, there is no guarantee of results. There is no guarantee of
visitors driven to the site, any page within the site, or any listing within the site.
Alterations - While the customer provides the text for their ad, Medical Malpractice
Information Services, LLC reserves the right to edit any advertisers ad for any reason,
including content , length and acceptable image formats. The customer will be
notified if real changes need to be made. Spelling, grammatical and format changes
made by Medical Malpractice Information Services, LLC do not require notification. If
the customer is not satisfied with any real changes made to an ad, the customer must
notify Medical Malpractice Information Services, LLC within 30 days of ordering. The
customer may suggest mutually acceptable alterations to the ad, or receive a full
refund, only within 30 days of ordering.
Durantion - Fees for advertising are for one year from the date of ordering. If the ad is
not placed on the site on the day the order was placed, it will be listed on the site for
one year from the date placed on the site.
Placement Policy - Ads are placed on the site in the order that they are purchased
irrespective of they type of ad purchased. For Example: if Attorney A is the first to
purchase a basic listing for the State of Ohio, Attorney A will be the first listing on the
Ohio Attorney page. If Attorney A is the first to purchase a Best Listing Nationwide,
Attorney A will be the first listing on the Ohio Attorney page, and the first listing on the
primary Attorney Page. If Attorney A is the second to purchase a listing in the State of
Ohio, but the first nationwide to purchase a Best Listing, Attorney A's listing will be the
second listing on the Ohio Attorney Page and the First listing on the primary Attorney
page. Renewal listings will retain position or move up if other listings do not renew.
This policy of placement is guaranteed until January 1, 2010.
As previously stated, listings are placed and positioned in the order that they are
purchased. However, as the site is continuously being updated, there is no guarantee
of placement position as orders may have been placed, but not yet placed on the site.
In no case, is there a guarantee of placement position at the time of ordering.
REFUNDS: The listing fees are for one year. There are no refunds of advertising fees
for any reason, except as noted in these Terms & Conditions and/or where required by
law. There are no listings for any period of less than one year.
These Terms & Conditions of Use may be changed and/or modified at any time
without notice. You, the user, is responsible to read the Terms & Conditions of Use
upon visiting the site. By viewing the site at any future time, you acknowledge and
accept to be bound by such changes.
